All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on or otherwise contained in this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depictions were created.

With respect to visual depictions displayed on this website, whether depicting actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or other covered material, persons appearing in such depictions were at least eighteen (18) years of age when the depictions were created.

For content for which another producer is identified in the applicable records, CFNM.WORLD is not the primary producer as that term is used in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations.

Human Trafficking Statement

CFNM.WORLD does not condone human sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual activity. Any suspected instance of human trafficking or exploitation connected to this website will be reported to the proper authorities.

Complaints / Content Removal Policy

We permit the reporting of content that may be illegal, non-consensual, unauthorized, or otherwise violates applicable standards. Reports may be submitted by email to damiendenio@gmail.com or through the applicable CCBill complaints / take-down request process.

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five business days.

Review & Appeals Process

After a report is received, the content is reviewed, relevant records and consent information are checked, and the person submitting the report may be contacted for additional information.

A person depicted in the content may appeal for removal of their image or likeness. If the review determines that consent was not given, is invalid, or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.

Potential outcomes include no action, content restriction, content removal, account or access action, or referral to the proper authorities. If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal, the matter may be submitted to a neutral body at the merchant's expense where required by the applicable process or governing standards.
